Myna Wallin is an author and editor living in Toronto. She has her master's degree in English Literature from U of T. Myna's first poetry collection, A Thousand Profane Pieces, was published by Tightrope Books in 2006. Her poetry and prose have appeared in numerous literary journals and anthologies, including Contemporary Verse 2, Existere, Eye Weekly, Kiss Machine, the Literary Review of Canada, Matrix, Misunderstandings Magazine, Nod, Taddle Creek, and Rampike. She recently received an Honourary Mention for the 2010 Winston Collins/ Descant Prize for Best Canadian Poem, and her first novel, Confessions of a Reluctant Cougar, is forthcoming from Tightrope Books this June, 2010.
